It's a high contrast theme. Just choose another theme from themes option on sidebar in personalization. Just wondering whether the new Windows 10 RS5 Build - Finalized Dark Theme will allow you to mix this theme with it to allow for some more transparency that the high contrast themes don't allow, that's the only thing I miss with this beautiful theme?
